If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Application Commitment

The Commitment Letter must be fully and clearly completed and signed by the applicant.
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format.

2. Copy of Published academic papers, awards and other research achievements

*3. Non-criminal Record Certificate

-Please note that this document is generally valid for only 6 months. For instance, if you submit your application in March, your non-criminal record must have been issued no earlier than September of the previous year.
-Obtain this certificate from the local police station of your current residence, confirming that you have had no criminal record during the 6 months prior to the date of issuance.
-If you are currently in China, the certificate must be issued by the local Chinese police.
-If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated and notarized by an authorized agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.

*4. Physical Examination Form

-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.
-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo or contain abnormal examination results will be considered invalid.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.

*6. A Master's thesis written in Chinese or English (for doctoral applicants only; prospective graduates may submit a draft version)

*7. Certificate of HSK

*8. Scanned copy of passport information page.

*9. Electronic photo with white background (minimum size: 640dpi*480dpi)

*10. Scanned copies of academic transcript in Chinese or English.

Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

*11. Scanned copies of diploma of highest education in Chinese or English.

If you are a new graduate who do not have a degree certificate at the moment, you can submit the transcripts first, and the degree certificate will be audited at the enrollment. Notarized translated version is required if the original document is not in Chinese or English. (Original documents need to be offered for check on registration day)

*12. Two recommendation letters of associate professors or higher. (scanned copies)

*13. Application Guarantee

The Guarantee Letter must bear the guarantor's handwritten signature.
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
